Una excelente revisión al problema que afrontan los hombres en referencia a desórdenes alimenticios y dismorfia muscular.
Los hombres que pasan inadvertidos con estos problemas por razón de género. Los problemas de dismorfia muscular o complejo de Adonis, que cada vez se reflejan más en gimnasio.
El ejercicio siempre lleva beneficio en nuestros hábitos, pero cuando esté se torna toda nuestra vida, y el ejercicio en exceso afectando nuestra salud. Hasta qué momento una virtud se transforma en un elemento nocivo?
Un gran libro que nos dice mucho de lo que se calla.
El hombre detrás de un problema de dismorfia muscular o corporal.
Un libro muy recomendable, de lectura amena y que con historias reales nos impacta más.
