Note to self: Kinokuniya's ebook store, Kinoppy, let me read the sample, but then when I tried to buy it, blocked me because I'm not in Japan. (This despite signing up for their ebook store entirely because they have a big banner about how they now sell to customers outside of Japan! Grrrr! Apparently there's a very limited number of books you can buy if you're not in Japan.) Buy a paperback copy and finish later.
