Despite being the Fifth Edition from 2018, this book is very outdated. It was clearly writtten in the 1990s and the author's mindset dates from that era as well. For example, it describes Business Process Rengineering as "new" and that "e-business has great potential for business to business transactions". Sprinkling in a handful of newer references in the text isn't enough to make this relevant for today's world. So I'd recommend you skip this one.
