Jules André Saglio (11 janvier 1869 - 16 mai 1929) est un peintre, décorateur et costumier français.

Commissaire du gouvernement français pour les expositions des Beaux-Arts de 1890 à 1921, il créa les décors et les costumes de nombreux spectacles au théâtre des Arts de 1910 à sa mort.
