Hey brazilians, the world must get to read this book.
Set in late 60's or so, tells about the struggle of a truck driver who leads a convoy to deliver some stupid goods (corn?) to the capital in a very short time. The rains wrecked all the roads, so you get amazed by his resilience and stuborness.
Beyond, it describes "deep Brasil" and its people in a way you won.'t drop it. Has no chapters, sounds more like a conversation, one of these that lasts hours and you don't even notice
