I believe there was some impactful insight in this book; however, it goes in circles with "apostolic church" jargon throughout. Despite this, and despite the verbiage that can become redundant, the book does share insight on the Church operating at its full capacity in ministry and effectiveness. I probably would not read this again and would not recommend it, but I did get some personal insight out of it. Take it or leave it is my opinion!
Thank you for taking the time to put this book together.
It has been a great source of confirming the Lord’s voice to me, as well as challenging and inspiring me to press deeper into becoming one of the nameless and faceless, the delta force!
Thank you so much, Pastor Rick Joyner. This is a great template for how to build according to the biblical narrative and how to develop servant leaders who follow Christ’s heart above all. This book is also filled with helpful information on how to set Jesus’ presence as the main goal and focus for what we seek to maintain for the Lord.
Although I agree that true Apostolic ministry has not yet been fully seen in the earth, I am very honoured to have witnessed over the last 15years the immergence of true biblical apostolic minstry over the earth. These men and women like the apostles in the Bible are not well known circuit preachers seeking attention and recognision. They are willing to lay down their lives for the sake of the kingdom.
This book is a must read to get understanding of what this ministry is all about.
A really interesting read. This book takes a look at all the spiritual gifts, in their turn, not just from a scriptural perspective but also in the framework of church history. Obviously it focuses on the aposolic, but there's also a lot of emphasis on the prophetic.
Apostles are rare in these days and Rick Joyner seeks to enlighten people about their office.the knowledge is priceless and equipping to the body of Christ.
An absolutely amazing prophetic view of the end-times church! This book was one big confirmation for so many things the Lord has been talking to me about!!
