Short but informative book on this growing problem in all corporations. It is a little known fact that there are many at work breaches of security protocol that go unreported; often times managers do not want to let the next level of management know what has happened. I have worked with IT departments on this problem, and it often just comes down to lax enforcement of existing policies.
