I really liked this book because he talks about several asset classes, not just paper assets. People with just paper assets are going to be in trouble when the baby boomers start retiring en masse in a few years.
Reading this in 2026, while it has some good general info, all the talk of "you can plan on 10% returns average from your investments" does not ring true as to my personal experience.
