Found this book fairly useless- it contains Thai recipes that coincidentally don't have dairy on them, normal everyday foods that either don't have dairy in them anyway (like meat and vegetables), and basic recipes with a soy product substituting for a dairy product, such as a cheeseburger with soy cheese. Wow, never could have come up with that one on my own! Seeing as I don't have easy access to soy cheese or soy cream, I can't try the only recipes I would have.
* It also really, really bothers me when people put recipes for fruit salad in a cookbook. It contains cut-up fruit, you don't need a recipe for it, the end.

Checked this out from the library. The recipes look good, but are more involved than I'm willing to cook right now.
