I know I need to get out of my comfort zone, but is dressing as a sexy green alien really the way to do it?
Lizzie struggles with confidence and, after the death of her father, doesn’t like mixing with people. When a chance comes for her to dress in costume at Comic Con, she loves the idea of acting like someone else. She doesn’t expect to meet the funny, sweet and ridiculously good-looking Charlie. The last thing she expects is for him to pop up in her real life and even worse, he doesn’t recognise her.
She can't help falling for Charlie while he has no idea who she is. She needs to tell him, but will she lose him if he learns the truth?
Should Lizzie tell her new stepbrother that she is the mysterious girl from Comic Con?
Meet Me at the Comic con is the emotion-filled fifth book in the Arrowsmith High Series. If you enjoy sweet coming of age stories, with flawed but ultimately loveable characters and seriously swoony guys, then you will love MJ Rays heartwarming YA romance.
I live in the Northwest of England with my husband and two children.
In between working part time as a childminder, caring for my children and providing taxi duties I somehow find time to write. My ambition was always to write and I'm so happy that I'm finally getting a chance to do that.
I write YA sweet romance, where I get to create my dream man time and time again, and he gets to be different every time. I am lucky to have a real life perfect man at home that doesn't mind sharing me when I'm writing.
I hope you enjoy my books, as the ideas just keep coming there will be many more!
This was a quick easy read. It's a sweet YA romance with plenty of nerd culture(be still my heart!). It has some cussing throughout the book and It's a predictable plotline, but still a fun read. Note: I am an ARC reader
It literally says Charlie pov but that part is from lizzie. Confused me like crazy. Because it was saying his and not her or something. Because it expected to be his pov and not her. But I think that was just not checked, right
A good one, with emotions running high (and with good reason). Once again doesn't really connect to the epilogue of the previous one, but that's not a big fault.
