By Dr. Robert J. Spitzer, president of Gonzaga University and acknowledged expert in the field of organizational ethics. Dr. Spitzer explores how many organizations have invested in skills development and the structures of change, forgetting the more intangible quality of spirit. The material in this book has been field-tested with over 500 corporations around the world, and Dr. Spitzer makes a passionate case for both inspired and inspiring leadership in organizations large and small.
I think this book is a great reference to help companies create a great culture. Few companies are intentional about building excellent cultures and there are many great ideas and wisdom in this book. It was worth reading to learn them.
I struggled in the final four chapters because the lists and processes were hard to distinguish unless they are being used in an organization.
