A harrowing story of friendship, secrecy and betrayal. This book was first published when I was 12 years old as my first attempt at using self-publication via PublishAmerica. Please note that it does not reflect my current writing style or future publications, nor does it have any bearing on the topics I am currently interested in writing about. I have grown and developed a great deal since then and while it was my decision to self-publish, thus putting myself out there, I would like to place this book in the context of when it was written. It was the product of drive, ambition and the grandiosity of a precocious writer who was still developing her ideas and style.
