Badly written, badly printed cheapy sold by every vendor at the Borobudur temple complex, but it's virtually impossible to leave there without being guilted into buying a copy. That said, they'll start asking up to 300,000 rupiah for it; although with some persistence you can bargain down to 70,000 (about US$5.50 and still overpriced).
