Very quick read, but well written and intriguing. I like the 'in reverse' style narrative.

Short, snappy mystery told back to front 'Memento' style - the gimmick really being the only thing it has going for it. Not much more than a novella really, making it a decent airplane or train journey read. Despite pretences at being a psychological thriller, there is little characterisation or atmosphere. The twist at the end is okay, even if it dosen't bear much inspection.
