A Night of Indulgence and Sloth
You know the story…
Orphaned siblings are sent to live with a relative after their parent's pass, and said relative treats them horribly.
It’s a classic tale, only mine takes a few hard turns.
Getting out of the clutches of our deranged uncle was a feat, but keeping him and the things I had to endure out of my mind is an entirely new challenge.
My sister thinks it’s time to let sleeping dogs lie, though, and move on with my life. Really give myself a chance to be happy, and although I know she’s right, I can’t help but hold back.
Signing me up for one of the famous parties that take place at Club Rapture, she thinks it will be the perfect way to take back some control. It wouldn’t have been something I normally do, but after one incredible night with two men, I’m left feeling liberated.

Short, spicy and intense novel with not one but two mmc. It starts with a fmc going to a sex club where she is "taken care of" by two men (she was blindfolded and saw only one of them) who turned out to be her bosses and then the story unfolds.
She has severe traumatic experience in her past (check TW!) and these two men are very gentle and caring towards her. I really enjoyed how they treated her, Lily definitely needed that confidence and control they gave her. ❤️🩹
I also loooved her sister, I hope she'll get a book of her own.
Although at some points Lily was so clueless and oblivious I was screaming at her to put pieces together. Also her reaction when she found out was way out of proportion for me.

I read this first in the anthology and knew this book was going to be emotional and amazing!
Liliana has a traumatic past that she has not quite been able to move on from. Her sister decides to give her a little push by signing her up for a fun night at Club Rapture. Reluctantly she goes and has a night of awakening with 2 guys. What she doesn't know is they both happen to be her new bosses!
Kaleb and Aiden are sweet and smoking hot! They fall instantly for Liliana. The way they care for her so tenderly just grips your heart and doesn't let go. It was so nice to see the confidence they gave Liliana and the way she grow was heartwarming.
This book will keep you on a emotional rollercoaster all the way through, but by the end I promise you will be smiling.

Liliana work to overcome the trauma of her childhood. She loves her sister and is her fiercest protector. Calantha knows the sacrifices her sister is making for her and she has no regrets about the decision she made to see that Liliana gets the chance to live and find the happiness she deserves.
One night, Liliana leaves her fears at the door, gives into the feelings that are already playing havoc with her body. Wes and Fitz give her a night to remember. Liliana gives into her inhibitions, placing her trust in them, for they give her nothing but pleasure and passion, well aware of her background, specifically her trauma, she responds to them like they were meant for each other, giving her a heightened experience which she has never experienced before, they taking nothing for themselves.
When Liliana starts her new job does she make the connection, that Wes and Aiden are one and the same. Aiden and Kaleb are drawn to Liliana inexplicably, she stirs feelings inside of them and they both have their eyes open to the beautiful woman they cannot get out of their heads.
Lilian settles in her job, and has developed a great rapport with Aiden and Kaleb. Their working relationship has developed in leaps and bounds. However a working event thrusts Liliana back into the past, when she connects with someone who she thought she would never see again. It has both Aiden and Kaleb reacting to the situation, they take everything in their stride to make sure that Liliana is safe from the incident and that they are the best chance at helping her to heal from this trauma that she is experiencing.
Liliana is trying to make sense of her situation, that what she feels for Aiden and Kaleb will impact her work, for she loves what she does, and taking into consideration Calantha, she knows it’s not a risk she can take, but Calantha is the voice of reason, telling her to stop living in her own head, that she deserves the love that Aiden and Kaleb have to give.
Even when they tell her that is won’t affect their working relationship does she finally understand what they mean when they tell her that her happiness will be their priority. They take Lilian on a sensual journey, discovering her kinks and limits, exploring every aspect of her body, giving her self freely, feeling free, to becoming one with her own sexuality, they make her feel loved and cherished in all the ways they know how.
But it’s those subtle moments that begin to click in Liliana’s head and when she discovers the truth about Fitz, that he is Kaleb, leads her to make a mistake that puts her in danger, becoming a victim of someone else’s actions. However Aiden and Kaleb get the feeling something is wrong and they take immediate action. When they locate her, they put a plan into action to ensure that she doesn’t get hurt, she comes out unharmed however their hands are forced her her sister becomes a victim.
Lilian returns to the farm, with Aiden and Kaleb. They had no choice but to bring her, for she is the only one who can help them get her sister back. And they do, however in the process she comes face to face with her aunt, who finally reveals the truth about knowing what her husband was doing. In light of the recent revelation, her uncle and those responsible have been held accountable for their actions, justice is served, and Liliana can finally heal herself from the trauma she has endured.
But not all is forgiven when Liliana finds herself having that difficult conversation with Aiden and Kaleb. Knowing that they were not honest with her, and she them, they know her trust means everything, especially when she clarifies the meaning behind that statement they made, that they love her and she them.
With everything out in the open, Lilian takes there relationship slow, to rebuild that trust between them, and they respect her wishes, but for Liliana, for the lack of progress, as they do not want to scare them off, she takes matters into her own hands, however when they clue into her plan, do they reverse the situation, teasing her endlessly, but for them it’s not enough, there love for her infinite, fulfilling her basest desires, giving her a night of unconditional love and unbridled joy that she has never felt before. For they have changed her life forever and she doesn’t plans on ever letting them go.
This story is told from multiple POV, we get to see the growth and development of these characters through there strengths and weaknesses, what we see and feel shapes these characters, giving readers insight to who they are flaws and all, that they are in fact humans who all feel but handle what happened to them differently.
Their story will take you on a wild ride, having you turn page after page, this book had me from the beginning to the end. Reading this story, it enables the readers to really connect with the characters. The author knows how to write, and I will be coming back for more.
This book has it all dark romance, two alpha males falling head over in heels in love with the same woman, a heroine who finds her strength and gives a good as she gets, madness, mayhem, revenge, vengeance, violence, defiance, manipulation, adrenaline seeking suspense, jealousy, twists, truths and betrayal.
The tension between them was undeniable, she was very responsive to them, as they were very in tune with her, friction burning hot between, making way for those s*x scenes which were blazing hot, downright dirty and physical, it had all the pleasure and passion one would expect when Aiden and Kaleb show Liliana that they will be the only men that she will ever need, for they will give Liliana the pain and pleasure she deserves, there foreplay it was off the charts and had all of the feels.
Highly recommend both author and book!

Having read Ms.Pauley's work before i couldn't wait to get more of her words! Ever since a sneak peak of this book was featured in an anthology i've been so needing more of it in my life! I started counting down the days and had to dive into it right away. When i tell you i absolutely DEVOURED this book, i mean it! I loved this book so very much!

Liliana, Aiden, and Kaleb's journey had my heart and mind hooked from beginning to end! I had to finish it in one sitting. When Liliana's sister Calantha gets her into a party at Club Rapture and Liliana shares her night with two men, it does something unforgettable for her soul. Little did she know that starting her new job would have her facing that night again in ways she didn't see coming. Can Liliana move forward from her past? and will she give into her desires?
My heart broke for Liliana and everything she'd been through in her life. She's one of the strongest heroines and i loved getting to see her take her power back. There was such realness to her that truly got to me. I fell so dang hard for both Aiden and Kaleb! I adored the fact that these two were different and when it came to Liliana they were so protective and caring of her. These two men were all kinds of blushworthy goodness! 🥵 The heat between Liliana and Aiden and Kaleb was top tier! 🔥
Liliana, Aiden, and Kaleb's journey not only had me blushing all kinds of red with the off the charts steam, but had my heart and i feeling EVERY bit through the rawness and love! This story is a reminder that you have the strength to overcome anything, you are human, and that your pain, wants, desires, and soul matter. So many moments touched me and got me right in the chest. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole office romance / bosses aspects of this story. I so adored what Liliana's sister, Calantha brought to the story and the bond they shared as well!
With A Night of Indulgence and Sloth, Ms.Pauley has created such a breath of fresh air read with darkness, depth, hope, love, steam, and ALL the feels! She reminds us all that we should embrace our wants and desires, go after what we want in life, that we aren't alone in our battles and that light can be found after facing the dark for so long, don't give up.
This is definitely one of my top reads of 2023 and my new favorite from Ms.Pauley! If you haven't checked out her work yet, you so need to! 💙

I loved the anthology that this story started in, and I couldn’t wait to read the full book! Victoria is a new to me author, which I LOVE. I love finding new to me authors! I adored this book—it was sweet, spicy, entertaining, and had fantastic characters. Lily, the FMC, has spent her life taking care of and looking out for her sister. They escaped a horrible past and have finally started over. Unbeknownst to Lily, her sister filled out an application for Lily to hopefully be invited to Club Rapture. It’s a well… the Zon won’t be happy with me if I call it what it is, but it’s a smexy time club.
After receiving the invitation in the mail Liliana is shocked. Her immediate reaction is to say heck no, but her sister convinces her to go. That night her life changes forever. She’s approached by a man who says he wants to take care of her for the night—with a friend. Lily figures what the heck, let’s see what happens. He blindfolds her, and in enters another man. She never sees his face, so she has no idea who he is. They take care of her the entire night. It’s all about her pleasure. After she returns home, she wishes she knew who the other man was, but she’s decided it was a one-night jam so she’s not going to go looking for the guy she did see.
Turns out… they are her new bosses at the job she is about to start. She has no idea so when she shows up for the first day and sees the man she DID see that night. As you can expect she freaks the F out. But—because she’s a bada$$ B—she decides to stick it out. She has no idea that her other boss is the guy from the club, and they decide to keep it that way.
It’s a great story with delicious spice, lots of emotional moments with the FMC, and memorable workplace romance. Lily’s life is turned upside down, and when the ghosts of her past reappear, she knows she’s going to have to buck up and face them. She’s everything I love in an FMC, and the MMCs are amazing. They treat her with respect and love, and it shows.
I enjoyed every minute of it. If you like MFM, office romance with extreme hotties, you need to pick this up!! I can’t wait to read the next book from that anthology, but it will be hard to compete with this one. I loved it and I think you will too! I’m excited to see what else Victoria writes—she’s going on my must-read author list!!

A Night Of Indulgence And Sloth is a spicy story by Victoria Pauley. Lily has been through a lot and is finally finding her place with a new job. The only issue is that she met one of her bosses previously at a $ex club. As she begins falling for both her bosses, her past surfaces. Will they still want her once they know?
This book is so sweet. The mmcs fall hard for Lily almost immediately, but they don't want to do anything to scare her off. She becomes a valuable employee, complicating matters more. This is a new to me author and oh my gosh! I loved this story! I didn't know what to expect when I started reading but I was instantly hooked!
Liliana has not had it easy, she and her sister lived through their own personal hell and they finally managed to escape. Liliana is a great sister, she makes sure to protect her against whatever she's able to and now the sister wants her to enjoy something for her. So the sister has a little fun and signs her up for a 🌶️⛓️ club, and she goes, meeting Aiden and Kaleb. Except, she has no idea who Kaleb is since she only saw Aiden face to face. She has an incredible night, and she lets go of everything she's been holding in. Unbeknownst to her, Aiden is her boss at her brand-new job!
There's so much more that is going on, secrets, lies, withholding the truth when it's VERY important. Mistakes are made, and trust is broken. I received an ARC and I am leaving a voluntary review of A Night of Indulgence and Sloth.
I had just finished reading A Night of easure and Wrath and ohhh was that pretty baby hot! This book too didn't disappoint!!! Hot AF! That's what I would call it.
In this book, we get to know Liliana, and her two men, Aiden and Kaleb. The thing is that Aiden and Kaleb meet her at Club Rapture but under disguise, although she saw Aiden, never got to look at Kaleb and this situation had been a torture for both Kaleb and Aiden until the point where Aiden confronts Liliana about that night but never discloses Kaleb's identity (I hope not, because I cannot remember, I am way too engrossed in the story). The way Kaleb makes Lily laugh when he knows and sees that she is going through internal struggle is the best part, and same goes for Aiden's effort as well.
Their love for one another was so beautiful to read. Highly recommended.

I really, REALLY, enjoyed this book!
It was the perfect balance of steamy scenes and intriguing storyline, and kept me hooked from beginning to end!

In an attempt to help her sister break free from her past once and for all, Calantha signs Liliana up to spend one night at Club Rapture; an invite-only, exclusive s€x club where desire and pleasure is the number one goal.
Liliana is hoping for one night of indulgence before she starts her new dream job on Monday, but things become complicated when she learns that one of the men who spent the night ravishing her at Club Rapture also happens to be her new boss.
This story was so easy to jump into and get lost in the pages! I loved the characters and the overall storyline! Even though there were some darker themes throughout, I found this story to be fun and easy to read, with quite a few laugh-out-loud moments which I really wasn’t expecting! And the steamy scenes throughout were just the icing on the cake!

Kaleb and Adien are just HOT and sweet. They both instantly fall for Liliana. The way they both care for her just grabs your heart. I loved seeing the confidence they gave Liliana and the way we watched her grow through this book. She realizes that Wes and Fitz are actually Aiden and Kaleb.

I’m actually kinda torn about this book to be completely honest.
There were some things I REALLY LIKE and some things I was kind of meh about.
So let’s start with the things I really liked....
First and foremost... the STEAMMMMMMM OMGGGGGG. It was beyond good. There were some really fun and steamy moments between the three main characters and it made me have all tingly feelings... ALSO the dirty talk was definitely on point.
The steam was definitely fun to read....
I also liked the characters.. I mean they weren’t my favorite and the insta love between them was kind of meh for me. However, they were very likable characters and I enjoyed reading their thoughts and their perspectives.
So the things I didn’t like were...
The miscommunication conflict that was so short and kind of ridiculous. I didn’t enjoy it. It wasn’t a fan.....
Also.... some of the parts were a little corny for my taste... I got some major Hallmark vibes in some parts and they were just not for me.
And... the main character’s past needed to be way more explained and the sex club as well. If you weren’t going to take the time to explain all of it, it would have just been best to leave it out.
Overall, I liked this book, but wasn’t really obsessed.

I originally read the first part of this story as part of an anthology and I couldn't wait to read the rest . I was not disappointed. Once again I was completely drawn in and couldn't put it down. She believes that she'll never see the two men again. but it turns out they are her new bosses. Can she learn to trust them and can the continue to help her grow and not let the trans of get past control her. Liliana, Aiden and Kaleb heat up the pages. I love the story being told from all their POV's. I highly recommend this book.

What an amazing story! One of my favorites for sure and a new standalone series which I really enjoy too. When I learned about this series I got excited and this author delivered what I was hoping for. I loved the spicy scenes that required some cold showers for sure. Now I usually read a lot of reverse harem and this was menage but still oh so good! I really wish I could tell you more but I don't want to spoil too much so just read this one. We had a teaser with the anthology. She receives an invite from her sister for a club and thinks NO but on the other hand a Why Not? Guess what she decides to do...

She ends up at Club Rapture where she has a night she will never forget with two men whom she doesn’t know are actually her new bosses Kaleb and Aiden
When she starts her new job she recognises one of the guys as her new boss. She instantly panics but when she meets the other partner she forms a connection with him not realising he was the other guy
Lily is hesitant to get close to Aiden after realising he is the guy from the club and he doesn’t really say anything. So she grows closer to Kaleb.
Lily’s past ends up coming back to haunt her and it just proves what you would do for the ones you love

Oh god, this was a hot steamy read from the beginning. I struggled to put this book down, it was so good. Even though it was super steamy there was still a really good plot that hooked me in. The farm was such a horrible place and I felt so sad for Lily and her sister. Aiden and Kaleb were perfect in the way they treated Lily from the beginning and protected her.

I really liked this book. I had no expectations going in. This was the first read that I have done for this author. She did not disappoint. My heart broke for Liliana. She went through so much in her life. She just wanted to protect her sister and make a better life for them.
Read this book! You will probably need a cold shower! The spice level was fire! Not only was there spice, but there was also a plot. I need that in a book and I definitely got it.

I struggled with the decisions the MMCs made early in the book. That said, I got pulled into this story. As it progressed, Aidan and Kaleb really grew on me. Their feelings for Lilly (adoration, devotion, protectiveness, admiration) were endearing. Lilly hints to her sister (toward the end) "your ruination is coming" it'd be great to see Calantha her own spin off story. Even if it isn't tied to the Sin and Corruption series.

This book was Amazing! This is a MFM standalone in the Vices and Hedonism series. This book is based on the deadly sin of sloth. The FMC has been through a great ordeal and when a chance encounter set-up by her sister brings two MMCs into her life things start to change. This book was really great and I devoured it. I really loved the storyline and loved watching the dynamics of the characters grow throughout the story. I can't wait to read more of Victoria's work in the future.
