This book serves to illustrate the lengths the Canadian federal government will go and provinces (B.C. in this case) to deny the rights and sovereignty of First Nations peoples. Even now the Gitksan and We'Suwet'En are being harrassed and abused on their own lands by the rcmp and the logging companies that are illegalling cutting down trees.
