Unlike some other reproductions of classic texts (1) We have not used OCR(Optical Character Recognition), as this leads to bad quality books with introduced typos. (2) In books where there are images such as portraits, maps, sketches etc We have endeavoured to keep the quality of these images, so they represent accurately the original artefact. Although occasionally there may be certain imperfections with these old texts, we feel they deserve to be made available for future generations to enjoy.
This is actually a pretty good book, if you're interested in Heraldry. It not only provides a good introduction to heralds and how coats of arms are designed, it also provides a fair amount of history from the middle ages. Unfortunately I was reading the kindle version, which has no images so it made understanding a lot of what was said rather difficult. However, as a testament of how well this book is written, I still learned a lot from this book even without the pictures. I imagine that with the pictures this would be an excellent book.
