Rate this book
Nutritionists and dieticians tend to agree that when it comes to losing weight, or putting it on, it's the number of calories consumed that really counts. This guide explains what's in what you eat, from a humble carrot to a supermarket chicken curry. This edition has thousands of new and updated foods. Plus a new format that makes it easy to find what you're looking for, and easy to compare the calorie and/or fat content of different brands.

The trouble with this book is that the branded goods are soon replaced by a different version or the ingredients are different from originally.
