Decent textbook on there history of international relations, especially pre-1939. Alright on Japan and China pre-1920s, a bit thin after that. Good breadth and depth for A level and GCSE syllabi. Coverage on colonial possessions was definitely a weak point; such countries are discussed in terms of European interests exclusively so some useful opportunities to encourage deeper research are missed here.
