ISBN 978-0-547-47092-4. $21.95 This is a wonderful resource for middle school and above. More resistant learners will brighten as soon as they see this dictionary is full of pictures, pop ups and wild displays of imagination. The most creative science dictionary I have seen, this is a wonderful way to find basic explanations and spur on curiosity. From a reputable source and well reviewed.
