This book tells an inspiring story of Noah Walton's journey from overweight scientist to a fit athelete. Although he used an unconvential way to lose half of his body weight, he shows that with determination and drive,anything is possible.

Ultra Fat to Ultra Fit: A Scientist's Rational Approach to extreme weight loss and Fitness by Noah Walton/ Sentient Publishers. I hope you will consider getting this book. It is motivational and interesting witha weight loss/exercise focus it is more than a diet book. It is a well written account of a man's transformation and determination to lose over 150 lbs and become a competitive athlete. Great read for adults or teens.
