A commonly quoted statement, apocryphally attributed to Abraham Lincoln, sums up the effect. He met Stowe and then said, "So you're the little woman that started this great war!" or so people say.

Amazing so far - have an old, falling a part edition that isn't dated.

I really enjoyed Uncle Tom’s Cabin – Young Folks’ Edition. The story is powerful, and the characters feel real and emotional. The way it is written makes it easy to understand and connect with the journey of Uncle Tom, aunt Chloe and Eliza
The book explores themes of kindness, strength, and faith. Uncle Tom’s experiences show both the hardships of slavery and the goodness people can have, making the story both sad and inspiring. Characters like Little Eva, Harry and Topsy add depth, showing different sides of human nature.
The story is meaningful and engaging. The struggles and victories of the characters make them feel real, and their emotions stay with the reader. This version keeps the important messages of the original book but makes it easier for readers(like me) to enjoy.
Overall, Uncle Tom’s Cabin – Young Folks’ Edition is a beautiful book with important lessons about love, justice, and courage. The touching moments and strong message made me love it. the book could make you cry one minute and the next line it brings a smile!
