Dreaming is written in clear, understandable language with a minimum of psychological jargon. Technical terms are explained and illustrated. Although it includes theoretical material, the emphasis is on clinically relevant issues. The information it provides can be integrated into various therapeutic modalities (psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral) as well as diverse styles of clinical work.

A good book overall. It showed a series of case studies and various ways dreams and their interpretation can be used for improvement. Hence the title :p However, each dream was talked about more then once and sometimes multiple times.

I found the book helpful to see how dream interpretation has been used in the modern era. Most everyone's problems in the dreams seemed to be related to childhood and abusive or critical father's. Seems to be a bit of a Fruedian influence there but I am talking about things I don't fully understand yet so who knows haha.
