It's an easy read. The author did very well in telling the history of microchip development. It's undoubted that microchip plays a crucial role in economy. The competition is very fierce and those who can survive need to develop in the right direction and get backed up by capital. It's a pity to see that Intel once truly being a pioneer in semiconductor manufacturing and chip design with countless patents now got behind in the industry.

这本书就是为我这种芯片小白准备的，对芯片的发展史介绍的很详细。高端芯片由于漂亮国的打压，极紫外光刻机进口不了限制了中芯国际的先进制程，可能好几年内就这样了，低端芯片没有限制太死还可以搞搞。

看完书之后让我意外的是台积电在芯片这一块竟然这么牛逼，在芯片淘金热时代，这个卖铲子的公司值得关注，漂亮国的打压也帮了他一把。

给四星的原因是作者的有些语言有点太随意了，是为了制造搞笑气氛吗？可能作者也炒股吧，书中挺多提到股价的地方。
