Young Wolfgang is eager for adventure and leaves home looking for his perfect place in the wild to discover his perfect place was never too far away, but the adventure he longs for will always be just steps away the next day. This book is a visual celebration of the natural world and the charming animal friends he meets along the way won't disappoint. It's beautifully illustrated with richly written details and watercolor art that pops off the page and makes you want to go on an adventure both on and off the pages.

WOLFGANG IN THE WILD is a wholesome walk through nature with a boy and his dog. This book was a breath of fresh air. I loved the inclusion of the trees, the water, the mountains, the hills, and all the animals and their homes. I'm a big animal lover and nature girl, so I really enjoyed this story!

This brings him on an enchanting journey through the forest as he encounters different animals and learns what home is for them. As I was reading this book I couldn't help but smile! The pictures were such a fun, creative view of nature. Wolfgang was a very relatable character that my kids loved to see what he was going to look at and explore next. This book helps bring to life a child's curiosity and love of nature! Great book!
