There are many coaching handbooks out there. I´d read many of them, but they are usually responding to a secular mode or environment. This is the very fist time I read and reflect on christian coaching paradigm that really works and is sustainable. This coaching is not just about getting your goals clear or achieving them, is about transformation according to God´s call.
