A must-read for everybody with an interest in the history of Madagascar and/or with a passion for adventures! When you have read this, don't forget to read Pearson's In Search of the Red Slave for much more about Drury.

Incredible story of endurance

A great read to learn of such a foreign land and get insights to their lifestyles and knowledge and increfible opportunity to get the message out to the workd
