This book is a collection of Ellen White’s writings on leadership taken from manuscripts and other books that she wrote. A good job has been done in putting together all the best teachings and instructions she gave for those with the responsibility in leading Gods church.
What I found particularly enlightening is how each leader should seek to focus on areas where they have competencies. So, those with financial skills should use their talents to lead in financial matters and manage those affairs. And men who are gifted in preaching the Word should put their energies there and not take up work they are not qualified for.
This is applicable to career and worldly matters too.

This is an inspirational book. I read another books of the author before and in this book the clearance and comprehension stayed the same. I am a seventh day Adventist and after this reading I can say that this a primordial book and necessary for every leader. It is important to show the others that the Christian leadership is different from others and in this book the author made this very clear. For final, I really recommend the reading for everyone that seek for a better way to guide people. Thanks Ellen G. White for these instructions.

So many years later and the counsels Ellen White presented to the church leaders at the time are still applicable today. Any person aspiring to lead God’s blood bought people should pick this book.
