This book is a fun, informative and fascinating read about the subject of daydreams and their power, not only to help us creatively at work but for our own self knowledge and motivation.

The author,Amy Fries, gives us an indepth knowledge of the psychology of daydreams and explores the many and varied entrepreneurs and famous artists, athletes,scientists and others that have used their visionary states of mind to launch successful careers and lives.

Ms Fries supplies clear and practical advice for the average person to not only interpret and understand their daydreaming powers but how to apply them towards positive goals and future actions.She makes the subject enjoyable and accessible for all trains of thought.

I highly recommend this book for anyone who is interested in self exploration and for motivation to achieve higher goals in life and in the workplace.

Author Amy Fries delivers a variety of inspirational and useful tools to “wake up your creative powers” in this entertaining and educational look at the wonderful world of daydreams. I highly recommend this book to everyone who has daydreamed, will daydream, or is daydreaming at this very moment. The insights and exercises presented are applicable to real-world situations for people in all walks of life. Daydream on!
