n dit zeer veelzijdige pastaboek worden, zonder inhoudsopgave, in zeven hoofdstukken gerechten in woord en beeld, ook zonder bijschriften, beschreven en getoond. De uitgever heeft een zeer divers aantal lettertypes gebruikt, van supergroot tot onrustig, en de superkleine letter die gebruikt wordt voor de bereidingswijze is bovendien heel dun gedrukt, bijna onleesbaar. Jammer, want deze auteur borrelt over van originele en leuke ideeen, die zij in talloze kookboeken presenteert. Haar liefde voor pastagerechten spreekt overduidelijk uit haar recepten, voor haar geen dag zonder een bord pasta en dan moet er natuurlijk veel variatie mogelijk zijn. Na een basishoofdstuk over het maken van pasta met de juiste ingredienten, volgen recepten voor soep, vis, vlees, groenten en ook vegetarische schotels. Een heel inspirerend boek in een slecht jasje. Eerder verschenen onder de titel 'Echt te gekke pasta'*. De vertaling is goed, uiteraard pasta op de kaft, gelukkig is er een index op de gerechten en de foto's zijn fraai. Voor gebruik in de keuken zal het boek een probleem worden, het kan niet plat open gelegd worden.

Decent recipes, but wish there were more substitutes listed for folks who might not have easy access to the ingredients listed.
(I'm not complaining; these recipes look bomb! I just kept thinking of folks who may only have a few types of pasta or canned goods or fish available near them.)

Makkelijke pasta gerechten voor iedereen. Van zelf pasta maken tot kan en klare pasta's alles is mogelijk!
