Each of the major stops on any Nile Cruise (Karnak Temple, the Valley of the Kings, Abydos, Edfu, Kom Ombo, etc.) are featured in this book. The book contains absolutely gorgeous photos of every major stop. However, I wanted a lot more substance (clearly I missed the "A Photographic Guide" portion of the title of the book. While there is text describing each section and site, it's relatively scant. So overall I would give this a C, and three stars here.
