Must have. Covers everything from shock, heart attacks, to making and using a tourniquet. Very organized with simple instructions for immediate response. There's nothing worse than not knowing how to help someone in need of medical attention. Coincidentally for fun I read the part on fainting but ended up treating a family member the next day when she passed out on the kitchen floor.
