In the bike cellar.
I thought
What a pity
Throwing out books
I'll read this one
Why not?
Never heard about this poet gosh it's
Perfect for a day on the ICE,
Crash course German vocabulary building.
And then I thought oops
Perhaps I stole the book
Maybe the box of books
Ready to be set out
On trash collection day
Wasn't to be put out on
Trash collection day.
I could be feeling guilty.
But I did smile at
Kein Traum; das Fruhstucke
mit Cornflakes und Milch
And I didn't just steal one book.
