This is great book that you can follow on a weekly basis. I did this with a group as a monthly book group. Dr. Clark starts each chapter with a letter written as a friend, then goes on to start his lesson, ending with assignments that will help to internalize the chapter.

Now a few months after finishing the book I will be starting it again!
