Almost as good as her other novel "Vergiss, wenn du leben willst".
The story takes place in 1963 and alternates between California, Berlin, Salzburg and some far away valley in Austria.
Utta Danella can write in such a compelling way, her novels will never become old-fashioned. This one is from 1981.
