The unmarried wife! Karis had been married once, and didn't intend to repeat the experience! She was devoted to her baby daughter, and she loved working as a nanny to five-year-old Josh. She didn't need a husband - and, even if she did, Josh's father would be the last man she'd choose! But sometimes Karis felt more like Daniel Kennedy's wife than his employee. She shared a home with him, cared for his son...and found herself longing for his kisses! And now Daniel was suggesting Karis share his bedroom. Would his next proposal be marriage?
Natalie Fox was born and educated in London. She's had many interesting careers, including working in a casino as a roulette croupier and working for a Soho coffee bar, for which she delivered sandwiches by scooter in the West End. Although she did not start writing until after her fortieth birthday, Natalie says she's "always been a romantic at heart." Natalie and her husband now live in Spain.
Not bad, not very believable but it was nice to see two characters who have to overcome their pasts and trauma together. Hero and heroine are a good team, and the children were apart of their daily lives and romance instead of being on the side. Didn’t need that last scare or other woman jab, but it was an alright read. Read it.
