The beloved yuri/Girls' Love webtoon from Lezhin that became a global favorite! Don't miss this beautiful, full-color paperback in English for Mature audiences.
Mel, a renowned heart surgeon, is well-known for being a stoic loner. She views her erotic flings with other women as a tool for pleasure rather than a show of affection. Then she meets Lynn, a beautiful and spirited cardiac patient who needs a new heart, but refuses a transplant. The two women meet with minimal expectations but soon become enthralled in a relationship that changes everything for them both.
This Girls’ Love comic–and first place winner of the 2nd Lezhin Comics World Comic Contest–is one of the most popular series by fan-favorite Thai creator Ratana Satis, also known for Soul Drifters and Lily Love .
“The relationship between Mel and Lynn is developing quickly as Mel finally lowers her walls and admits her affection for the young heart patient. But things aren't peaceful for long, as soon Detective Gale is knocking at the apartment door with an arrest warrant for Mel! The heart surgeon's fight with Grace's fiancé lands her in serious hot water and her license to practice medicine is on the line. As Lynn's condition deteriorates, it's more important than ever that Mel be the doctor her girlfriend desperately needs.”
This volume really turns up the heat and passion between our main two characters, Mel and Lynn 🥵🌶️🔥. It’s obvious they have fallen deeply in love. But could the arrival of Mel’s first love, Sue, at the hospital throw a spanner in the works of this blossoming new relationship? 😱 Pulse is such an addictive series, and I cannot wait to read more!
This is a great manga, although it is award-winning and widely popular enough that I don’t need to tell you that. As a complete package I think this series deserves 5-stars. A delightful grumpy X sunshine situation, that strikes a good balance between being realistic and convoluted. There is some great foreshadowing. Some of the characters are a lot of fun, including the side characters.
I like the art, and the artist does a good job of using it to portray emotions and action.
The protagonists are absolutely adorable together and I genuinely wish for their happiness, so I think that says a lot right there!
The early volumes are very lighthearted and fun (mostly) and I really enjoyed them. By this point, the plotline is starting to get into the second half which has a lot more conflict and some characters you love to hate.
I am SO curious how Mel's ex being here will affect things in the future (she's not thrilled), especially with her being the new director after the merger.
Mel and Lynn are even more adorable, but I can see why Mel was against falling in love again. Her ex burned her horribly.
2/5 🌶️ for this one (spicy scale written in my bio).

Fantastic! Everything you want in a mature sapphic love story. W|W / Yuri - whatever you want to call it. The art is beautiful and a good story with drama, suspense and even little cutesy moments. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a NSFW graphic love story.
I love these books they are the reason I have become so in love with reading I’ve never had a book catch my attention more then this series I’m so exited for the next one to come out in stores
This was a pretty graphic volume but it also had many moments where the characters were developed and expanded upon. Mel and Lynn's relationship goes to the next level and they have some sweet moments in between the steamy ones. The author continues to allude to difficult times ahead and then introduces a lover from Mel's past that is sure to shake things up. This volume went quite a way in giving the series a darker undertone. I like that and hope that it continues in volume 5.
