Quinn Marlowe is a fan of red wine, cheesecake, perfect hash browns, and really good punk rock. She’s also obsessed with everything piratical—though she refuses to acknowledge any actual connection to pirates. She studied English and Film at UCLA and, when forced to choose a career, chose publishing rather than teaching or being a film maker. Quinn lives in San Diego with her husband, dogs, and far too many cats.
Her Romeo is Quinn’s first book, though she hopes it will be followed by many more.
Thank you so so much to the amazing author for sharing an ARC copy of this book with me!!!
“Though I had wanted to turn her over my knee and spank her more than once.”
I loved it. I loved it. I loved it!!! When I finished reading Her Rebellion, I knew I was so invested in Dax and Dante’s story that I could not stop thinking about them. Their age gap, forbidden romance was and still is everything I need and more. After the way the last book ended, I felt obsessed. I needed to know what was happening to them. I needed to know. And the author delivered exactly what I wanted!! I’m so so in love with this book. It was action packed. It was entertaining. It was engaging. And it was freaking spicy!!! I loved it!! And the fact that she kept the forbidden side of their relationship … it was superior!!! I loved the way Dante took control of the situation, trying to find a way to save her family and the man she was starting to have feelings for, without letting them have the chance to stop her. And Dax … that man affects me in a way I could rather to explicitly say. But the things he did in this book … i was hot and bothered most of the time!! The spicy times were so good and the HEA … I’m such a fan !!! Every time I read another one of these books I feel like I truly do not want to say goodbye to these characters and every time I feel more and more in love with this Rossi family!! At the end of the day there is only one character whose story I am still trying to figure out … who the heck is Brooks Peterson? I can’t wait to know!!
“Dante, you’re going to have to be a good girl, or I’m going to have to stop. Are you going to keep quiet for me?”
“And I wanted to grab her, push her against the wall, and fuck her again, just to force her to stay still long enough that I might protect her.”
This is the 7th book in this incredible duet and is the conclusion of Dax and Dante’s story. Dante is in the fight of her life after being kidnapped, and Dax comes to her rescue. No spoilers, this story is worth the read. This is a well written story which had family, friendships, danger, suspense, intrigue, romance, emotions, forbidden love, forced proximity, revenge, enemies / lovers’, and is an entertaining and steamy addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
Dax and Dante bring all the heat and the danger...the situation is getting tense and more dangerous by the minute..so what a girl got to do if not take matters into her own hands. Love how Dante is so gutsy and Dax is so enamored with her, he might want to spank her and keep her safe but she has a mind and sass of her own. Loved the ending!
Dante geta herself kidnapped and need Dax to save her but she is unsure if he will use her for his own gain or if he wants her for himself. She is stubborn and will stop at nothing to do what is right. This book has chemistry and lots of action. Couldn't put down.
OMG, Dante! What that woman will do for her family. I thoroughly enjoyed her determination, including running headlong into dangerous situations, spying on her brothers, and more. I highly recommend this duet.
A fantastic conclusion to Dax and Dante’s story! I enjoyed every single page of this…full of action, intrigue, tension, emotions and romance, I couldn’t put it down. Highly recommend.
Dante rocks! She can do it all! Dax is the older stud who has the hots for her. This is an action packed story of family loyalty that knows no end! Great read!
This book follows nicely from Her Rebellion. It is a nice quick read showing more of Dante’s character and what she is capable of. It has a lot of action following some decisions made which makes it easy to keep turning the page as you want to see what will happen next.
Hated when he said how if she was his he wouldn't let her walk around in those shorts, cause it would give other men the wrong idea. As if clothing is the problem. Again with the she is so tiny And why name a girl Dante, other mafia books I have read, Dante is typically a male.
