Timber needs a nanny and Lyra needs a job that will get her mother off her back. Being a nanny has nothing to do with her degree, but she has always been good with children and the position comes with room and board. Her good-looking boss is an added bonus, as long as she could stop herself from drooing over him. She does insist that he play a big role in his daughter's day-to-day as she is the nanny - not the child's mother. But is that all she will ever be?
Timber is thankful he has found someone to help him look after Marigold. Though he loves his daughter, he can't be with her all the time and still do his job. Besides, he really doesn't have a clue what he is doing and Lyra obviously does. The only thing that worries him is the pull he feels to be near her. As a bear shifter he is forbidden to be with or mate a human woman. He has a duty to help protect his kind, but there are few female bears being born and if they don't change the rules and allow human mates they will eventually die out.

I really loved this one. I always enjoy Milly Taiden prose. If you want a sweet love story …look no further. Chocked full of heat, this one will tug at your heart strings. Tiber needs a nanny for his sweet daughter Marigold. Throw in that he is a bear shifter and must mate another shifter according to the council. In walks his human mate and things get hot from there. Plot is solid and will have you edgy toward the end of the book. I don’t want to ruin it for you. But, download this one for a wonderful afternoon enjoying some romance and a hot bear shifter.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Loved it! Lyra is about to lose her job. Which means she will have to move back in with her mother. Timber is the leader of Montana Maul and trying to take care of his newborn daughter. He decides to hire a nanny to help him because he is in way over his head. This story was amazing from the very start. I highly recommend you read this story. Milly Taiden is an amazing author. I haven't read a book of hers that I didn't love.

I loved this book! Lyra & Timber make a great couple. But it wasn’t right for them to have to keep their relationship secret. Timber fights for their relationship against the bear council. Marigold is Timber’s daughter who Lyra falls in love with as much as she does Timber. I loved how they form a perfect family. You will need to read the book to see if Timber wins the big fight or not. Also, do they stay together & mate or not? I received a free ARC copy of this book for my review.

Another amazing story. I love books about shifters falling in love with their kids' nannies. Romance, danger, humor, and an amazing story that has a fantastic HEA. This book has it all. It is a great book by a great author. Be sure to pick up a copy. You will be very glad that you did.

Lyra was desperate for a job and willing to work. Timber had a young child- a baby shifter, but list her mom and was absolutely clueless. Hiring Lyra was the best decision (and the only candidate) that he made. A secret romance from the bear council, can they change the rules for love- for themselves and all the others? You can't go wrong with anything this author writes. The character are always fresh and fun, and the story is always exciting and captivating. This story is everything you would expect from this author. Well done to the writer on another fascinating story.

Started out slow
He was the alpha if the clan, but he's wife just die leaving hum with their baby girl and he need help. She couldn't find any jobs in her field so she took the only job there was for a nanny.

I love this series. In this story we follow Timber and Lyra. I enjoyed the storyline it was exciting and fun, I also enjoyed the interaction between Timber and Lyra. The storyline was great and the ending was perfect.

Omg this book in the Shifter Needs a Nanny series was just was good was the first for books. Once again Milly Taiden did a good job. It had suspense and a HEA. It was worth getting and reaching. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

I wanted Timber to beat the stuffing out of Dev. He was truly a devil. Lyra brought the best kind of changes to Timber and Marigold's life.
