This is the first cutiecorns book we read. In this book, Flash, the cutiecorn, gets the MVP trophy. In this book, Flash helps her team by using magic to shift the ball close enough for her to jump and get it. She was surprised that she was in the end zone, and then she made the maroon team win against the gold team. It is the first year students' first Spirit week at cutiecorn academy. Flash has strong shifting magic, but she gets concerned it it's not working properly. But it's not, she just gets tired and is not concentrating. She also gets tired and is distracted. In the end, her friends help her remember that it's okay to mess up as long as you keep trying and her magic is really strong.
