The writing could have been better. Some of the analogies were clunky.Other parts were strangely organized or repetitive.

There's a lot of info, but some outdated. And some isn't contextualized well. Is sodium the most critical thing for me worry about after I get diagnosed. Also this book has so much info about how diabetes could hurt you. So much.

Helpful to a point, I guess.
