Jérôme Ruillier est né le 3 mars 1966 à Fort-Dauphin (Madagascar). Il a suivi des études aux Arts Décoratifs de Strasbourg en atelier d'illustration. Plus passionné des montagnes et d'alpinisme que de dessin, il est renvoyé en première année, puis reprend l'année suivante.
Aujourd'hui il habite Grenoble, et aime raconter des histoires, avec son amie, illustratrice aussi.

A sweet simple book about a guy who draws a line and says this is my house. Other creatures cross the line and he frantically and angrily protects his space, redrawing the line, spending all of his time and energy over ownership and keeping people out. Until he meets someone whom he finally wants to connect with and realizes his ownership issues are keeping him from love and friendship. So he erases the line to become friends! Yay!
