This is a really fun book! Lots of card making projects to do. It includes sections on: Cut and Fold, Gate Fold Cards, Iris Folding, Accordion Folds, Tea Bag Folds, and then about Pop-Up Cards. Each section tells you what tools you need and it seems there's not a lot of tools needed to do these projects either. It gives you lots of beautiful card projects you can do for each folding technique. There's step by step instructions and then some templates in the back of the book too.

I haven't tried doing any of the projects yet, but I'm definitely going to try some of these techniques. Some look really fun to do while others look more challenging. If you like origami, you may like this book. There's a lot of inspiration and ideas in this book to where you can put your own twist on things and use other papers and craft supplies other than what they list for a particular project. That way the project is always modern and up to date with supplies and paper that you can presently buy now from your local crafts store.

I borrowed this book from the library to become more familiar with card techniques that I've heard about but didn't really know what they were or what they entailed. This book covers cut & fold, Gatefold, Iris folding, accordion folds, tea bag folds, and pop ups. I enjoyed the short introduction to each, but I wish there had been more patterns and fewer projects for some of the ideas, especially iris folding. In fact, there weren't many templates for iris folding at all, so, even though I now know what it is, I'm not sure I could do it without going out and buying a book that had templates/patterns to use.
