A very special book indeed. One woman's journey into her own personal experience with grief told with loving and yet raw honesty that was really very moving and also inspiring. Bottom line is, there is no normal way to grieve, nor any correct time period in which to finally accept and come to terms with loss of a loved one. Often megatons of guilt and painful recollections can sometimes block the light for a time and that is always okay. In fact however one experiences grief is simply how it is. Although this book was written about a subject that is not always comfortable it was done with such grace and kindness that it was a quiet joy to read. Highly recommended.
