Seems like a good book on operant conditioning with kids. I don't have kids to test it out on though, so I'll stick with three stars.

Looking forward to try some of these methods out. I like the ideal of not getting upset when a child misbehaves. They have some lovely sayings and quotes in this book as well. :) Every parent should try this book out.
