Lady Rample #11
Lady Rample and the Mystery at the Museum
When a valuable artifact is stolen from the local museum, Lady Rample is called in to solve the case. Much to her chagrin, she is forced to team up with a male detective who is determined to cut her out of the case. This is going to take more than a few cocktails.
A simple investigation soon turns into something far more complicated when Lady Rample stumbles on a murder victim draped over a sarcophagus in the Egyptian Room. Soon she’s faced with crooked MI5 agents, kidnapping plots, secret codes, and budding romances all in the name of justice.
Enjoy this delightful Lady Rample Mystery, a warm and humorous cozy mystery set in 1930s England.

About the author
Shéa MacLeod
143 books459 followersShéa MacLeod has dreamed of writing novels since before she could hold a crayon. She totally blames her mother.
Her favorite poem as a child was ‘Jabberwocky’, and Her favorite authors were Agatha Christie and Edgar Allan Poe. Which probably explains a lot.
After a six year sojourn in London, England, a dearth of good donuts has driven her back to her hometown. She now resides in the leafy green hills outside Portland, Oregon where she indulges in her fondness for strong coffee, Ancient Aliens reruns, lemon curd, and dragons.
Because everything's better with dragons.
Shéa is the author of the SUNWALKER SAGA (a fast paced urban fantasy series with a kick-ass heroine published by Montlake) and DRAGON WARS (a post-apocalyptic series with dragons)as well as the Cupcake Goddess novelettes.

A Fun Romp!
I finished this book at 2:15AM because it was just fun. And funny. I’ve read all the others in the Lady Rample series and enjoyed them too. When the real world is heavy, one sometimes needs a brief escape. I hope it won’t be too long before the next one is out.

Good plot but . . .
I do enjoy the Lady Rample books, and this is f a median quality.
However, the proofreader of this volume seemed to take a vacation during the last 20 pages - a shame.

Easy breezy as Lady Rample herself. Love her style and wish I had friends just like her! Always look forward to her escapades. A hoot to see another side of Aunt B’s sidekick made this one inspired. Hope her handsome new partner in crime(solving) shows up in future volumes and Hale is more involved next time. And please bring back Sugar Martin and Viola Roberts. Now, which one is the author’s alter-ego? Hmmm.
