Jeremy had become a statistic—a kid hooked on drugs at a young age. Kicked out of his home, things didn’t get any better and ended up selling more than just his soul for his next fix.
One night he made a decision that landed him in Dean O’Sullivan’s crosshairs, and he was given an ultimate choice between a six-foot hole in the ground or turning his life around. Morry I fucking love you !
I liked her since she first appeared in Dean’s book (first one) and I loved her ever since.
This book was EVERYTHING and it gave me ALL I wanted from this series. It gave action, family drama, emotions, romance, steamy smutty scenes and the group I love back together.
First of all Morry is a fucking bad ass amazing strong woman. She is a fighter and she doesn’t take shit from anyone. Still she has trauma in her pass like the others and she also have a big family drama with an ex husband who cheated on her with her best friend and she saw on video while she was overseas fighting for the country. She has a 14 years old son in the verges of dying because he needs a liver transplant and they can’t find a donor, on top of that her ex is filling for sole custody and she is forbidden to even see her son in the hospital. She has Wolf almost dead in her clinic, she has a mole inside her clubhouse and she has Maeve that disappeared. TRUST ME she has enough problems and she needs someone to share her heavy load.
Jeremy is 12 years younger than her, he is the drug addict that was dropped to her clinic by Dean in the end of the first book, he was on the verge of dying and she saved him. He decided to stay after rehab and patched up to be part of her club, but his been in love with her ever since, but she is a rock and he can’t even get close enough to try. They are friends but she created a metal wall around her that it’s almost impenetrable, key word is “almost”.
God Lord Jeremy is sexy as fuck. He is gorgeous, so baby girl but in the bedroom he is the dominant one and OMG what a sexy MF he is ! But obviously Morry has the righteous situation that’s coming since book one and I almost passed out when she was in the fight of her life against hundreds of bikers and she was being the amazing bad ass she is but almost out ammunition and she hears through her hummer communication system Arek saying she isn’t allowed to have all the fun and IN ROLLS TWO HUMMERS “SWEET DELILAH” and “BABY DOLL” with Arek, Trev and Kes to help her. I WANTED TO CRY ! My babies went to help her 😫😭😫😭
By the way her hummer has the coolest name, “LADY LUCK”.
Obviously there’s so many things happening but at least now the band is TOGETHER, we only need Dean. And if Brooklyn Cross doesn’t release the last book Dark Reunion immediately, I think I might have an actual heart attack. I need the ending to this story and I am dying to see them all working together. My order of favorites changed a little. Now is :

Arek # 2
Kes # 3
Trev # 4
Dean # 5

Morry is one badass chick! I wanna be her bestie. She doesn't take crap from anyone and will bring you to your knees before you even know what brought you there in the first place. Hardcore and demands 100% loyalty. Fits perfectly in the world of the Righteous and the life she now lives.
Jeremy is swoon worthy. He knows just what to say to bring out the best in Morry and won't back down until she is HIS. Demands she be his and his alone. Fights for what he wants and will put up the fight of his life for the ones he cares for. Might be younger than the others, but his worth is mighty and he will not fail.
Both are fighting demons from the their past and nightmares in the present, have steel walls guarding their feelings... but little by little they work their way through and it's a beautiful thing. They find solace, finally...
but like B always does.. that peace can only last for so long and then life steps in to try to demolish it! This book was intense, gritty, captivating and I can't wait to see how this amazing series finishes out!

Just a big bad mighty freaking hot damn holy sh1t!
I'm a BIG fan of this series and have been itching for Morrys story 🤗
I'll admit though, as much as I get so excited about new releases, there's always that bit of me that worries - what happens if it's not as good? How can the author possibly beat the one before?!But this book - Crucified By The Dark? Was truly brilliant!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We hear of Morry throughout the series and that woman is as deadly as the rest, she is pure hot class! She may be a member of The Righteous, she may run a Motorcycle Club, be in the gunn trade and be able to un-alive you in a flick of a wrist, but that girl has the biggest heart! She has been dealt a crap hand but she would still give you the shirt of her back - I'll admit I've got a girl-crush on her!
And Jeremy? When we first meet him, he's being dropped of at Morrys place to get clean and he is at his lowest - it is heartbreaking what drugs do to a person!
Well that boy has been left behind and in its place is this strapping, stunning male specimen that will have you on your knees and boy did he make me fluster 😏
I adore Jeremy, he's always had a good heart and he has turned his life around dramatically. Oh and he's quite the alpha in the bedroom and who doesn't love a man taking charge?! I love that even though he's a man man now, he's still open with his thoughts, he made me giggle at times, swoon at others, and then just melt at other times 🤤 I'm in love 💙
The storyline will have you on the edge of your seat, the series is interconnected so I definitely recommend starting with Dark Side Of The Cloth, but be prepared - Brooklyn Cross likes to push your limits, so if you have any triggers it's probably best to double check!!!

Morry saved Jeremy’s life when he was 18. He was brought to her compound when he had nothing left. Their relationship started off rocky because she was tough on him but as he got older he respected her more and more. He would do anything for his savior and friend.
The tension between these two was hot! Morry is so strong and always has to be level headed as the leader and Jeremy is not a kid anymore. He’s one of Morry’s most trusted members and friends.
I loved how their relationship grew. He was this young stupid kid and she was the leader of the MC and a valued member of the Righteous. There were sweet moments, but the spice and Jeremy’s dominance was so fucking sexy!!
Brooklyn’s books are always a fantastic read! And I’m always excited to read them!!

Morry and Jeremy more than stood out in Dark Side of the Cloth 😈, so I was beyond excited to see them as the MC's in Crucified by the Dark.
From the snippets we saw in Dark Side, we already know what a bada$$ Morry is, but this book peels back every layer and shows us a side of her I never expected. Yes, she's a strong , fierce and independent female but she also is so much more. As a member of the Righteous, leader of a Motorcycle Club she is definitely a force to be reckoned with but with a softer side I didn't see coming. She may keep most people at arm's length, but the ones that make it past her walls and into heart are there forever. And Jeremy is determined to be one of those people. Even if it means tearing down her walls and rebuilding them around both of them.
Jeremy has changed a lot since we last saw him in Dark Side. He's become the man he was supposed to be before he let drűgs take over his life, and is now determined to prove he's not only the right man for Morry, but the only man. And he's not going to let age, external thr€ats or other men stop him from claiming Morry as HIS. 🥵

Wow, way to start with a gut punch. I was so excited to finally get to really meet Morry after hearing about her in all the other books. I knew she would be one of my favorites, and I was not disappointed. Morry has so much going on and emotional baggage, but Jeremy does not have a single f*ck to give. It was strange seeing him again after only being in Dark Side of the Cloth with Dean, but that boy grew up. His love and devotion to Morry are just epic. I love them so much. It was so good to see some familiar faces as well, they all hold a special place in my heart, but Arek just cracks me up. I was equal parts happy and sad at the end because I know this series is coming to an end, but what a glorious end it will be!

Morry’s book was all what I expected and so much more.
From her first introduction in the first book, I was intrigued to know more about this tough as nails woman who was part of the Righteous. And we get her story and it is filled with all the heartbreak you can imagine. Her PTSD is understandable and lets just say her ex is a douchecanoe on another level.
Jeremy enters her life when he was a drugged out teen who needed guidance and a place to kick the habit. He found purpose with Morry and her crew. Flash forward five years and he’s not a kid anymore. He’s all man and wants to prove himself to her to gain that love they both deserve. But any happiness they’re getting keeps getting derailed by dark forces who’ve been lurking throughout the series.
Loved these two together. Simply magical and that pesky age gap seems non existent as they both navigate some tricky waters. Morry is my spirit animal with tough but vulnerable exterior. Appearances by series’ favorites was a plus.
So many answers given to questions that have popped up throughout these books but a whole other pile popped up. And can’t wait for the showdown that os to come. Bring it!

Absolutely Amazing!!
This is book six in The Righteous series and is just as amazing as the first five of the seriess. I was hooked beginning to end and didn't want to stop reading. We get some answers to the cliffhanger of book five but this is mainly Morry and Jeremy's story. I loved their relationship and their chemistry heats up the pages. There is slot of action, some twists, we get to see some of the characters from the previous books and things are set up for book seven. I can't express enough how wonderful this author's writing is and how she makes you feel so emotionally connected to the characters. I highly recommend this book and will be impatiently awaiting the next book.

Book 6 in the Righteous series!
Let me start off first, if you haven’t read books 1-5 you need to, this is a interconnected series and you will be lost if you haven’t read the others!

Brooklyn does it again delivering another amazing book that stands up to all the ones before it. This book follows Morry the head of a motorcycle club, a badass veteran and a member of the righteous. Morry also runs the most hardcore rehab centre out there. She is a mother fighting for her son, a leader protecting her club and a role model changing the lives of those who want free from addiction.
Jeremy was one of those addicts, dropped off at the centre by Dean years ago and who has stayed with the club while also breaking down Morry’s walls in hopes of being the man she needs and deserves.
We get a lot of answers in this book that we were looking for in the previous, but it ends with us having a whole bunch more that will be resolved in book 7 (the last book). I also enjoyed that the age gap in this book was a older female and younger male!
This was great to read, the female main character was so strong and Brooklyn did an amazing job showing how despite her traumas and vulnerable traits she comes out stronger than most others! I loved Morry, the leather jacket wearing, female role model we all need!

Crucufied By The Dark is the 6th book in The Righteous series.
Morry is mentioned throughout this series and make no mistake, she is just as deadly as the rest of the group.
She runs a Motorcycle Club, but has such a soft heart. She is also a mother fighting for her son, as well as a leader protecting her club. How she keeps being so kind after all the crap she has had to deal with is beyond me.
Then we have Jeremy. When he and Morry first meet, he is being dropped off for rehab to get him clean of drugs. 5 years later he is now a stunning male who has turned his whole life around (and becomes a full on Alpha in the bedroom) . Morry tries hard to resist him when she starts to feel an attraction to him, especially as she is 12 years older than him but she soon gives in.
I also loved getting to see more of Dean and his relationship with Morry.
This is an interconnected series, so I would recommend reading the previous books, however I only read the first two before diving into this one, and not reading the other 4 before this one did not impact my enjoyment of the book.
This ends with questions raised that will hopefully be answered in book 7, which will be the final book.

Hardcore…
This series is so interwoven with one another I don’t know how Brooklyn keeps it all together in her head!
I was lucky enough to start with this author from her debut. Book 1 Dark Side of the Cloth started this journey with The Righteous and each book is full of all the characters in some way or another.
This one Crucified by the Dark was an emotional rollercoaster! Morry is a hardcore bad@ss! She’s tough but she’s had to be over the years. She has went through some of the hardest situations a person can go through and still be somewhat sane.
She’s holding on by a thread but she’s ready to snap. Dealing with her sick son, ex husband, enemy MC’s and her growing affection for Jeremy has her going crazy. Jeremy is 12 years younger then she is and she’s fallen for him but she’s not 100% sure if he is serious in his pursuit of her. She thinks he’s too young for her but he’s ready to lay it all on the line to be with her.
I enjoyed reading about these two and how they gravitated towards each other.
I hate that the next book will be the last in this series but can’t wait to see the team in action for one of their own. Full circle back to Dean from Book 1.
I can’t wait to see what happens!

I loved this addition to the Righteous series. Morry is such a bada$$. She doesn’t take anything from anyone, she’s independent, and makes sacrifices to help those who are at their lowest point. Jeremy is one of those people she’s helped and he’s stayed around to help her however he can. Over time he’s realized that part of the reason he’s stayed is for Morry.
Morry having been hurt by love multiple times does not prove easy to love but Jeremy’s not having any of that and has to learn how to take charge of the situation and a woman who does not want to depend on a man for anything. The push and pull in their relationship is an amazing tease and leads to some very hot scenes. Morry may take the lead in the day to day running of her business but she has definitely met her match in the bedroom with Jeremy.
We can’t forget Morry is also part of the Righteous and like all the members she has survived tragedy and loss but like the others she is a fighter. All the pieces of what is going on with the Righteous is finally coming together but Brooklyn has left a lot of unanswered questions with multiple possibilities. I can not wait to see how it all plays out.

Absolutely Fantastic-5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Brooklyn Cross is absolutely phenomenal. If a book has her name on it, you know it's going to be great and Crucified By The Dark is no exception. This is the next chapter in The Righteous Series and the story of Morry and Jeremy. Morry is the b@d@$$ leader of the Grim Legion MC and she also is a member of The Righteous. Morry has been through a lot and once Jeremy came into her life and got clean has been by her side. Morry feels more for Jeremy but she's afraid because of her past. Jeremy has big feelings for Morry but won't let him get close until one night 🔥🔥🔥. Then it's game on. Morry might be the leader of the Grim Legion but when it comes to their relationship Jeremy is in charge. These two are like fire and their relationship is so sweet. Jeremy will do anything for Morry to show her that she's the only one he wants. We get more questions about The Righteous. What exactly is going on and who's behind it. We all are anxiously awaiting our final chapter. I cannot wait.

Morry is doing all she can to fight for her son, not only against her ex husband, but also to save his life. When Jeremy enters the picture, she doesn't know if she can trust him, but there's something about him that pulls her in and refuses to let her go.
Morry and Jeremy are one of my favorite couples in this series. I love that Morry is an absolute bad@$$ and takes no flack from anyone. She's resilient, even after everything her ex throws at her, and she is just one incredible and admirable character. Her relationship with Jeremy is steamy and still full of sweet moments that just make you swoon.
The plot does have its moments where it gets a little dark, but nothing too bad (in my opinion). The author has a fantastic way of blending uncomfortable topics into an investable story that grips you until the very end.

In Dark Side of the Cloth Jeremy was caught after a robbery and Dean decided to help him and her took him to Morry . Fast forward and to now Jeremy is a different person and is animosity towards Morry has turned to something else but he’s convinced she will never want him. Morry has started to have feelings for Jeremy but he’s 10 years younger than her and he’d never want her. Such a fantastic addition to this series loved seeing the rest of the guys and it’s good to see Arek still has no brain to mouth filter , I can’t wait for the final book.

OMG! That was one hell of an emotional rollercoaster ride of a story! I was instantly hooked, laughing and crying throughout and clutching my chest with heartbreak over some of the shocking moments that Morry decided to share with us from her past. She is one hell of a fierce woman, a survivor of the unimaginable and a kickass leader of a motorcycle club. I loved her strength, resiliency and feistiness but I also loved that she was able to let her guard down and open her heart to new love.
I loved everything about this story. It was action packed, suspenseful, violent, emotional, gritty, passionate and deliciously steamy.
Some of our questions were answered but we were left with a whole hell of a lot more by the end.
I can’t wait for the next and final book in this amazing series!

Mending Souls
Brooklyn Cross’s sixth book in The Righteous Series has once again brought the readers an outstanding story. I love how strong Morry, the main female character, has demonstrated her worth. Jeremy, the main male character, is younger than Morry but loves her so much that he would do anything for her and their family. This was such a touching and riveting book that I couldn’t put it down until the very last page. I can’t wait to see what happens next! Highly recommended and definitely a MUST read!

I enjoyed Morry's story! I love the way the stories in this series all entwine, and though this was technically Morry's story, I was glad we got an update on Wolf and Maeve, after the way the previous book ended.
Morry has been through a lot, and has plenty of people relying on her - a hard position to be in. Though she is strong, and puts on a tough front, she's a softie on the inside. I really liked her relationship with Jeremy. He's come a long way and he is so right for her. They're sweet together.
I can't wait for the final instalment in the series! There's some loose ends right now and I look forward to seeing how it's all tied up.

Amazing
This story is about Morry which was another member of the rightious and her cover was the leader of a bike gang. Morry was one tough women who put up with so much in her life. Battle custody of her son who had medical issues. Also keeping everyone in line at the bike gang. Dean brought Jeremy to her a long time ago but he became her closest person who made her feel things she didn't want to feel. He loved her unconditionally and made her realize she could trust again. Such an amazing read and I can't wait to read book 7.

It has to be one of my favourite series I’ve ever read. I love the team from Righteous and all they stand for.
I was excited for Morry’s story and I love her relationship with Jeremy and how he doesn’t care about giving her sh!t!
I love how they all came together again that was epic.
Now I can’t wait for Wolf’s story!

This was a really good book, it was full of angst, darkness, mystery, and lots of spice between Jeremy and Morry. There was fighting to save the life of her son and fighting to defend their homes/buildings. This book was a really good addition to the Righteous series and can't wait for the next one. This is a must read.

This was another great instalment in the Righteous books. As Morry and Jeremy fight to deny their feelings, there are plenty of obstacles on the way, including the life of Morry's son Kyle. Another well-written, fluid flowing read by a fabulous author. I loved the way Morry and Jeremy both have their dominating side, and the way their relationship develops over time.

Morris and Jeremy were fire ❤️🔥 I'm not a fan of the reverse age gap, but this was totally perfection, and I loved it; Morris is a badass woman, the boss of the motorcycle club, and a member of The Righteous. I love Jeremy's dominant side and how he does anything for her.

This book just reminded me of how much I love this Righteous world and the men and women that fight the good fight. This book was so well written and emotional. I think Morry just might be my favorite fmc, and don’t even get me started on our mmc, Jeremy and his possessive, jealous tendencies! Its hot as hell! The 12 year difference in their age made it even better! I can’t wait for the next book, I need more!

Morry is one KA FMC and president of an MC. I love that with all of her strength, she still has a softer heart, which is not a weakness. Her and Jeremy have an intense age gap romance. I really loved these two as a couple. There is a fantastic mix of heat and heart/sweetness between them. I was very emotionally invested in these characters and couldn't put their story down.

This author has outdone herself with this yummy series. Each book is better than the one before and I have loved them all. I loved Morry and Jeremy so much. This story is hard, honest, sweet and so sizzling hot. I highly recommend this series.
