Firas Al Msaddi is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of fäm Properties and the Executive Chairman of the fäm Group. Having moved to Dubai in 2005 from his native Syria, he worked double shifts as a retail sales executive to develop his skills. Within 18 months, he decided to forge a career in real estate and eventually founded fäm in 2009, amid the global economic crisis, driven by his belief in the perseverance of the UAE.
