Very interesting perspective on the Narcissist/Empath dynamic. I found the descriptions of the different types of Narcissists informative and very enlightening. These people are life and soul vampires who only think of themselves, always. I loved the ways to protect yourself as an Empath in chapter 12 and the gifts as an Empath but I would have loved more “tools” for dealing with the Narcissist.
Lots of great resources and examples in this book.

As much as this is a self-help text and not a psychology textbook, what the author writes has the merit of being simple, clear, and ready to use.
There are clearly oversimplifications, mainly because it is rather difficult to meet a completely narcissistic personality as well as a totally empathic one, but the former are more numerous than the latter anyway.
To begin to understand the situation in which one finds oneself anyway, this book is very good and can lead to broadening one's knowledge about it.

Per quanto questo sia un testo di auto aiuto e non un manuale di psicologia, quanto scritto dall'autore ha il pregio di essere semplice, chiaro e pronto all'uso.
Ci sono chiaramente delle ipersemplificazioni, soprattutto perché é piuttosto difficile incontrare una personalitá completamente narcisista cosí come una totalmente empatica, ma i primi sono piú numerosi dei secondi comunque.
Per cominciare a capire la situazione in cui ci si trova comunuque, questo libro va benissimo e puó portare ad allargare la propria conoscenza a riguardo.
