Very thought provoking expansion of typical work-place well-being programs and definitions with good cited research to back up the idea of expanding to include a spiritual element. Still a lot of room for interpretation and/or missteps though in going from the research and theory to the practical application in a team, especially in a smaller team/organization setting.
